Phoenix police questioned and released a homeless man Tuesday after he went sort of goofy in the head and smeared feces all over the interior of a local lightrail train, forcing the train to be taken out of service for cleaning. "It is a biohazard, and we have protocol for how we handle a situation like this," said an official.
