Photogs have been falling all over themselves trying to get a decent picture of Madonna's new adopted daughter Mercy. Here it finally is. The kid looks mildly upset but not on the verge of a psychotic episode like Suri or Pax.
Mercy will have many new experiences like this in the days and weeks to come. By now I'm sure she's already been introduced to Western food, which is nothing like the food in Malawi in that it actually exists. And Western water, which lacks that extra just-shit-into taste. And Western mosquitoes, which only take little bites, rather than tearing off your entire arm.
Oh, and of course she's gotten to hang out with David and Lourdes. The first thing she did was grab one of Lourdes' eyebrows, to see if it was real. Abe Vigoda gets that all the time too.

Yeah the financial security shes in for the rest of her life is just about enough to counter the cons in this equation.
HAAATE. I hate her pretentious asshaterry self. Now asshat Madonna will get accolades and media attention for her twenty minutes because she adopted another orphan.
BIG FUCKIN DEAL!
She looks like she smells like dirty feet at all times. Maybe she does, and that's why she and Lourdes always have such sour looks.
i bet she keeps this one in a crate at the foot of her bed untill she paper trains it.
I'm sure Madonna's welcoming words to Mercy will be something along the lines off, "You there. You are banished to your bedroom until I need to carry you around in front of the paparazzi. That is all. Be gone."
I guess the girl will get everything money can buy in her new life, but Madonna just doesn't strike me as the maternal type. I'm picking Mercy will see alot more of her nanny than her new mother.
