He kicked the pap, no question. 1- Jake's slightly lowered position, the hesitation when he kicked 2- the timing of the pap's "OW" 3- the pap is focused on the scene looking ahead, not downwards to see the kick. He felt it.
Crabbie, for all the naysayers why don't you post the TMZ vid of the day before, where it clearly shows Jake spitting at a pap?
Both vids it was 1 pap, not a mob, and normal questions nothing rude or yelling or chasing. Jake has serious anger issues IMO.
I hate paps but this makes the celebs like Jake like losers too.
I can see his arrogant holier thou art sister Maggie do this not Jake. Shame on him. And this makes them go away? Wrong! They are annoying but there are more worst problems in this world like war,health issues and loss of jobs etc than the paps.
He should kick his own sister for having such a lousy personality. I saw the red carpet interviews on most stars during the Globe and the only stars that looked cold were Maggie and Jolie and Pitt. The Brangeloonies act like they dont wonna be bothered while a reporter ask Maggie which stars she wants to meet and she looks snotty saying no one. I guess she think she's the only star in Hollywood.

TMZ had a video this week too of Christian Bale verbally abusing his fan and paparazzi for asking for his autograph.
These celebs are pathetic to the core.
In his defense..that guy ran right up on him, I think the celebs just get tired of a camera in thier face constantly..kicking him may not have been the right thing to do, but I understand why he did it!
5:40 am: Soooo on Tuesday when Jake walked by a pap who was standing on the sidewalk and spit at him, that was the pap's fault? The pap shouldn't have been standing on a public sidewalk while Jake was walking by?
I wasn't talking about him spitting, I didn't see the video of that..and if what your saying is true, then NO, it wasn't right, and I didn't say his kicking the papz was right, I said I understood why he did it.
