Mary-Kate Olsen has reportedly refused to speak to police investigating Heath Ledger's death unless she is granted immunity from prosecution.
The cops say Olsen is the last big person they need to grill before wrapping up their probe and they will subpoena her and make her sit before a grand jury if they have to. Speculation as to why Mary-Kate would be reticent to speak centers around the OxyContin that was found in the dead Ledger's system. "Did [the OxyContin] come from a dealer, from a friend?," a source asked rhetorically. "If he had a bottle from a friend, was it taken by someone else before police responded? That is what is trying to be determined." There it is...Mary-Kate Olsen more-or-less murdered Heath Ledger. Batman couldn't kill the Joker but Batwoman sure as hell could.
