Shia LaBeouf takes a smoke break outside the hospital. Two of his fingers were apparently mangled in the accident. His Transformers director Michael Bay says he wasn't drunk at the time of the wreck. Was Bay there with a breathalyzer? Did he tell Shia to touch his nose with his fingers and say the ABCs? I didn't think so...

Awww, poor guy (sarcasm)...I have read Shia was the victim. He was hit after someone ran a red light and hit him (don't quote me on the details because the spin doctors are still at work). Do I believe this? No. Interesting, though, I read his lawyers are saying that he was sober...he was drinking hours before the accident, not prior. Um...what's the difference?
