It's ironic that Nick's lawyers are riding on the sails of a leniency, given to him for his protection and are using it to secure House Arrest for him. Nick was tried in Court as an Adult, but viewed as a Jeuvenial in prison, in order to keep him away from other inmates.Now, his lawyers are saying "It's not fair to isolate Nick." I'd be upset if he was granted House Arrest after hearing his taped telephone calls.
