I was beginning to think Mischa Barton had died or become a nun or something. But no, she's still out there, doing whatever she does and having her picture taken while doing it. Seemed for awhile there that she had good meltdown potential, but she appears to have pulled herself together. Now she's like Kirsten Dunst without the stringy-haired scuzziness and rat-teeth.

Actually, Mischa has been busy making 9 films since The O.C., http://imdb.com/name/nm0059215/along with her worldwide charity work and her many fashion endorsements! She's not in the news very often because, unlike other young actresses, she not being busted for drugs and DUI's.
meeshhead is right! Mischa has been a busy lady since leaving The O.C. It's only the fact that the studios are dragging their feet with actually releasing her new films that makes people think she's not been doing anything. And yeah, she doesn't hit the headlines in the same way as some of the others in the mythical 'young hollywood' crowd because, unlike them, she's not gone out and got herself knocked up or locked up...
