This is Courtney Love on a beach in Hawaii. For the first time in my life I'm actually thankful for those big stupid-looking fly-face sunglasses, cause I think they may actually have somewhat ameliorated Courtney's surgically-achieved hideousness. But not entirely. There's still the scrawny junkie-body and the horrid hair and the revolting catfish lips. Hey, am I the only one who thinks that pic looks like Sienna Miller in about ten years?

I totally thought that was Sienna Miller
Frankly I'm a bit awed by her build. She was getting pretty tubby there for a while. She looks almost ripped now. Her stomach abs, and her thighs look really cut. I don't know if it was just starving or if she had work done.
I'm not stupid enough to believe Courtney Love ever goes to a gym except to meet up with dealers perhaps.
She looks great
Courtney has really big shoulders for a woman, but I think it's one of the things that sets her apart. Personally I think she looks pretty darn good for her age.
Do men really like this type of physique? Is it mostly women who are commenting positively here? As I understand it, most men like a woman with a bit of soft curves.
